User Credentials
You will be required to enter your user credentials each time you access the Business Portal. If you have difficulty accessing the Portal and are confident your details are correct, please contact your BHP Billiton business representative. Note: passwords are case sensitive.
Digital Certificates
All users must have a recognised digital certificate installed on their computer. For installation instructions, please refer to Getting Started.
When you access the Business Portal you will be required to select the appropriate certificate. If you do not have a certificate installed, the certificate window will be empty.
Certificates can expire. To check the status of your certificate, use the View Certificate button in the certificate window.
To learn more about digital certificates use the More Information button in the certificate window. If you have not been contacted about renewing your certificate, please contact your BHP Billiton business representative.
