The Global Business Conduct Guide provides a common behavioural framework for all BHP Billiton employees, regardless of their specific job or where they are located in the world. The Guide and the broad program it is part of demonstrate our commitment to excellence and determination to succeed globally. For BHP Billiton, success requires exemplary business conduct worldwide and one of the key purposes of the Guide is to promote awareness of BHP Billiton's business conduct standards among communities, customers, lenders, shareholders, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
