The 2006 BHP Billiton Annual Reports comprise an Annual Review and an Annual Report. For the first time we have consolidated reporting of Group activities for both BHP Billiton Limited and BHP Billiton Plc into one Group Annual Report and one Group Annual Review.

The 2006 Annual Review is our summary annual report and is the main publication that we use to communicate to our stakeholders. It provides a summary of Group highlights for the year together with reviews by the Chairman and CEO on Group activities and business highlights. It also contains the Group's corporate governance statement and remuneration report, the Directors' Report and summary financial report
